Executive Chef Position
Compass Group UK is seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team as an Executive Chef, leading our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional food experiences in Healthcare settings on a full-time basis.
About the Role
This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, developing new menus, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
You'll be responsible for leading our kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food that meets the needs of our clients and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Developing and implementing new menus that meet client and customer expectations
* Leading kitchen teams to deliver high-quality food that meets client and customer expectations
* Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
* Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced and skilled chef who can lead our kitchen teams and deliver exceptional food experiences.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have at least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* Be able to work effectively in a team environment
* Have a flexible approach to working

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
