* Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year + medical cover, birthday off, and 28 days of leave (including bank holidays)

Your Role
As a Customer and Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations and customer support. Your role will include:
Administration:
1. Assisting with credit control and debt collection processes.
2. Processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
3. Supporting onboarding processes for new clients.
4. General accounts administration and data management.
5. Handling customer accounts and ensuring all records are well-organized and up to date.
