Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products.
2. Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments.
3. Gather sufficient information to identify client’s needs.
4. Build rapport with clients and follow up on leads.
5. Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner.
What Are We Looking For:
1. Be CeMap qualified (level 1, 2 or 3).
2. Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients.
3. Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations.
4. Possess a professional and flexible attitude.
5. The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check.
