A successful child residential support worker will be responsible for:
1. Working effectively as part of a team of child support workers
2. Hitting the ground running
3. Providing 24 hours care to a vulnerable young people
4. Supporting service users with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties
5. Taking service users out into the community and to school each day
6. Ensuring professional boundaries are in place
7. Maintaining professional manner and working to National Care Standards
