Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will beworking within the Major Projects team at HPC supporting thecommercial functions delivery of a bespoke or part of a package ofwork on a nuclear licensed site.
Your day to day willinclude:
* Measure works carried out and reconcile to TargetCost.
* Prepare monthly and final applications forpayment.
* Placing and subsequent financial management ofsub-contract agreements.
* Provide assistance, guidance and support to theoperational teams in the areas of: Contract Compliance, Thefinancial impact of decisions; Value maximisation/cost savingtechniques; Procurement strategy
* Accurately monitor, forecast andreport project cost and value.
