We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Bure, a category C Prison located in Norwich. In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
Hours
The working hours are: Mon- Sun from 07:30 - 17:30, on a rolling rota over a 4 week period.
There is an expectation to work 1 weekend in 4.
Salary
This is a bank role paying £19.72 per hour.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
* Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part of a comprehensive healthcare package, based on the prison services needs.
* Deliver the highest standard of care to clients in line with National Guidelines.
Qualifications required
* NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
* Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD).
* Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience.
Job responsibilities
