Senior Business Development Manager ‘s Roles/Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure large-scale solar projects
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders in large organizations
Lead tender preparation and submission, ensuring alignment with client requirements
Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and close high-value deals
Collaborate with technical and project teams to meet client needs
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and renewable energy policiesQualifications
Proven track record in selling large-scale C&I solar projects
Expertise in tender writing and submissions
Experience managing and developing partnerships with introducing partners
Success in selling to large organizations and negotiating high-value contracts
Knowledge of funding options, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with renewable energy policies, incentives, and market trendsBenefits
