Immunology Brand Manager
CK Group are recruiting for an Immunology Brand Manager,to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 12 months. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week on site.
Salary:
From £19.77 - £26.35 per hour PAYE depending upon experience. This role is inside IR35.
Immunology Brand Manager Role:
This role will form part of a marketing team developing our promotional offerings and ultimately ensuring great customer experiences. There will be opportunity to work with an exciting established brand which has seen immense transformation over the last couple of years.
In the role you will be involved in leading the implementation of different projects and localisation of global materials. The role will include a lot of cross-functional work and it is key to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be part of a diverse cross-functional brand team, including best practice sharing with peers and developing relationships with Global/regional teams. There will also be a series of opportunities to work on various related projects, for example P2P/eP2P, large face to face congresses and salesforce and digital materials.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive to accelerate the progress in customer beliefs to drive prescribing behaviours within priority accounts.
2. Identification of barriers in pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience and to ensure execution excellence of the Operational Plan for 2025 and beyond.
3. Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure Brand- and project success (Sales, PRA, Medical, OCE etc.).
4. Seek commonalities and opportunities for synergies, to help reduce volume of work and maximise efficiencies.
5. Solutions developed should enhance the customer experience by utilising OCE.
6. Ensure adherence to integrity and compliance in all that we do.
Your Background :
7. Strong project management skills.
8. Self- motivated and able to prioritise.
9. Strong team player.
10. A solid compliance mindset, demonstrated integrity on the job, and ability to lead others in producing high quality, compliant work.
11. Analytical skills; analysing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances.
12. Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible with high learning agility.
13. Technical marketing knowledge preferable.
14. Technical knowledge of NHS health policy and commissioning is preferable.
15. Experience in dermatology or rheumatology therapeutic area is preferable.
