Your new role
Reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for all people related activities, including employee engagement, wellbeing and development, compensation and benefits, internal communication, recruitment, onboarding and ensuring retention of staff. You will proactively look after the site's team, champion the company culture & values and manage all aspects of HR. This is a senior role as part of the Senior Leadership Team - partner with this team to develop, execute, and drive human resources strategies to ensure strategic workforce plans align with organisational capabilities across the organisation. You will develop the HR strategic plan to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps - ensuring the organisation has suitable access to talent to ensure future business growth and success.You will also manage the HR/People budget including recruitment, L&D and projects.
