As Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will connect with client hospitals, understand, and analyse their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient- and staff experience. You will work – with your team - on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare.
A Day in the Life
• Provide Healthcare Service/Solution Consultancy, oversee complex consulting projects that involve strategy development, organizational transformation, and management of the operation to maximize efficiencies.
• Work with senior management of private and public hospitals to determine long-term goals by analysing our strategic partners business and making recommendations for changes and improvements.
• Have a passion to help leading hospital clients improve healthcare and build our consulting practice.
• Partner with hospital stakeholders and help them by developing well-articulated situation analysis and business cases for change.
• Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and drive implementation.
• Capture learnings and best-practices to continuously help its international network of clients.
• Work in teams as well as independently.
• Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and in the team.
Must Haves
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, e.g. strategy consulting at top tier firm, big 4, healthcare consulting or 12+ years of industry experience
• Healthcare industry knowledge, digital healthcare knowledge or experience, expertise in private healthcare turnaround is a plus
• Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
• Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel within your region and across EMEA (< 50%)

• Problem-solving skills, preferably core consulting skills
• Program management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, relationship building, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks.
• Partnering and collaboration skills (team-player within a multinational and with hospitals)
• Customer and Business sensitivity, able to navigate in a matrix organization.
