Job summary
We are looking for a detail driven and data orientated individual to join and support our Colposcopy Clinical Nurse Manager within the Womens & Child Health Care Group on a 2 year fixed term basis at hours per week as a Colposcopy, Cancer Audit Facilitator.
The desired candidate will need to be team orientated, pay close attention to accuracy, quality and detail within their work, be organised and confident with the ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. Previous and demonstrable skills and experience of data collation, monitoring and analysis is imperative and will be tested via application form, testing at interview stage and then formal interview. Cancer specific knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.

The core purpose of the Colposcopy Cancer Audit Facilitator role is to support the Colposcopy Clinical Nurse Manager with National Cancer Audit Registries. You will be responsible for the collection, inputting and validation of COSD data via Epic and Somerset Cancer Registry, and provision of information relating to both local MDT, such as clinician and Annual Governance Meetings, and external requests, such as FOI requests as per directed by the Colposcopy Clincial Nurse Manager.
This role is pivotal in the collection of comprehensive cancer data and information into the Epic system and for local and National Audit purposes.
As a member of the Colposcopy Audit team you will work closely with clinical staff, Medical Secretaries, MDT co-ordinators and predominantly at the direction of the Colposcopy Clinical Nurse Manager.
Working Pattern: hours per week. Following completion of relevant training this may be worked as blended on site and work from home shifts.
