Senior Producer

Central London (Working at our Film Studios 5 Days Per Week)
Salary Pro Rata £40,000 – £45,000 Per Annum DoE
About Us:
Fortemus Films is a awards winning video production agency based in London. We create social campaigns, OOH content, TVCs, digital films, key visuals, branded content, sports sponsorship campaigns and much more all over the world and from our London studio.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the team at our award winning, established film and video production agency.
Reporting to the Director of Production, you will be producing short form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the production process.
The Candidate:
• At least five years’ experience in video production
• Capability to produce location and studio shoots.
• Experience producing live-action content including VFX / GFX elements
• Ability to produce stand-alone 2D & 3D animations
• Great understanding of workflows for all departments.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects at once.
• A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.
• Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a variety of clients – Preferably showing you have worked with Brands, Creative Agencies and Corporate Organisations.
• Ideally experienced in the middle east market (UAE, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple video production projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand objectives, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the production process.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring that each project aligns with client goals and remains within scope.
• Oversee the work of directors, editors, and crew, ensuring adherence to Fortemus Films’ creative vision and production standards.
• Identify and address potential production issues, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing schedules, colourgrading, sound design, and final delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with freelance crew, vendors, and industry professionals to ensure access to top talent and resources.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, equipment, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to Fortemus Films’ productions.
