How you'll make a difference
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Test Engineer to be part of our Core banking transformation programme. The largest transformation programme in the Society's 140 year history.
You will be part of a new squad to help deliver our new Assisted Channels solution that will be used by our Contact Centre, Branches and Back Office functions to support our members with their mortgages and savings products. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem including a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 front end and with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations with our new Mambu Core banking platform.
Our Senior Test Engineer's are responsible for defining, developing, executing, and maintaining functional and non-functional test scenarios for business and technology driven change. You will be working on complex and large-scale programmes of work, adopting an ‘Automate First' and ‘Shift Left' approach to testing where possible. We are looking for proven skills in test automation and this must be clearly evident in your CV.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Extensive experience working in a Senior Software Testing role.
* Test Automation experience with an automate first mindset.
* Working knowledge of all types of applications - user interface, application interface and database.
* Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing.
* Working knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD/SpecFlow).
* Experience of working in an Agile environment.
* Some experience of C# for test automation.
* Knowledge of Leapwork desirable.
