The role
is very much based around client engagement and exploring additional opportunities for business within these accounts. This is not a sales role.
Duties will include:
1. Using knowledge of clients and key accounts to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets
2. Be the main point of contact for larger, managed clients
3. Provide expert advice on products and ensure a strong relationship is being built with clients
4. Make pro-active calls to managed clients to assist in the growth and retention of accounts
5. Support all teams and contribute toward the success of the department/company
Experience, competencies and knowledge required
6. Previous account management / cross selling and up selling experience
7. Superb customer service / client service skills
8. Good computer skills
9. Self driven, motivated – with great communication skills
10. Driver with own transport (due to workplace location)
