Key responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support for hardware and software issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently.
* Manage desktop and device operations, ensuring smooth functionality.
* Enhance and improve existing IT support processes.
Technical skills required:
* Proficiency with Office 365.
* Experience with Azure.
* Knowledge of Intune (desirable).
* Broad IT knowledge and understanding of networking.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in 2nd line IT support.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
