The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and vision, owning and driving the technology roadmap, and ensuring that the tech proposition remains competitive in the marketplace. This role involves close collaboration with the VP Product and other teams to enhance the customer experience. The CTO will also be tasked with building and growing a strong technical team, managing a team of around 35 heads, and reorganizing the team structure to support business optimization and scaling.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology teams in scale-up or start-up environments, a strong engineering background, and experience with a range of technologies including android, microservices, Kubernetes, and more.
Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of a BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience. The role requires a meticulous and results-driven individual with the ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-changing business. Experience in leading technology due diligence processes and the ability to engage with investors and board members are also essential. The candidate must be adept at encouraging the use of AI, have experience in developing cybersecurity processes, and be able to demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.
