Your new role
This role requires abination of skills. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers, manage a variety of administrative tasks, and contribute to thepany’s continued success.
Acting as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and processing related sales administration tasks such as quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, handlingplaints, and managing product returns.
Developing relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Maintaining accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner, and researching clients to identify potential opportunities using CRM.
Handling order entry processing, including contract review, and maintaining and updating customer records.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar function is essential as well as a basic understanding of contracts, and T&C's would be useful. You'll need the ability to work independently and amitment to a high-quality and detail-orientated approach. The ability to build rapport and strongmunication skills are essential.
You will need to be able to work in a highly process-driven way with good attention to detail.
