Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects as needed, ensuring continuity in students' learning.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management, adapting to new classrooms and groups with ease.
* Follow lesson plans provided by permanent staff, or prepare own lesson content when required.
* Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
* Engage with students, fostering a positive attitude toward learning and building a rapport in each classroom.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or equivalent qualification.
* Enhanced DBS check with clearance to work with children (current and up to date).
* Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to teach across multiple subjects at the secondary level.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach.
