They are offering abase salary of £24,000
The role will be to support a thriving sales team, handling customers' accounts in an administrative manner and helping customers through the order process, providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. duties:
1. Provide accurate and timely administrative support to the sales team
2. Provide support to customers, acting as a point of contact and help build customer relationships via telephone and email
3. Prepare and check customer documents
4. Organise and facilitate delivery to customers
5. Ensure systems and records are maintained accurately
6. To assist with and direct incoming telephone calls appropriately
7. To offer additional products to customers requirements:
8. To have excellent organisation and communication skills
9. To have a good telephone manner
10. To have good IT skills, working with Microsoft programmes including Office
11. To be proactive in your approach by putting customers first
12. To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication
13. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure at peak times
14. To sell our service in a professional manner
