HR Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in HR. The HR Administrator will work across a variety of HR activities aligned to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, pay and reward, health and wellbeing and performance management.
About the Role
Position: HR Administrator (Apprentice Level 3)
Location: Solihull (up to 3 days remote)
Contract: Fixed Term - 18 months
Hours: 37 hours/week
Salary: £22, - £24,
Responsibilities
1. HR Administration: Support HR team, manage data, assist with HRIS issues, and handle inquiries. Administer annual pay reviews and contract changes. Take accurate minutes during HR meetings and conduct exit interviews.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding: Schedule interviews, manage job ads, and assist new hires. Maintain the ATS and ensure employment checks are completed. Promote work experience opportunities.
3. Health & Wellbeing: Promote wellbeing events, develop wellbeing communications, and organise health checks.
4. Performance Management: Administer performance processes, support the LMS implementation, and coordinate training.
5. Additional Support: Organise internal and external events, provide administrative support across the business, and assist with reception duties.
About You
6. Interest in HR with excellent communication and IT skills
7. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and confidentiality.
8. Experience in administration or customer support roles.
Requirements
9. Education: GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
10. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, time management, organisational skills, and GDPR awareness
