KYNEX are offering an amazing opportunity for a new Customer Service Agent to join our ever-growing team. We offer complete telecoms solutions to small to medium businesses across the UK, providing business mobiles, broadband, VOIP & hosted solutions and much more.
Job Title: Customer Service Agent - experience is preferred but not required. (Full internal training provided)
Location: Fareham office - The Orangery, Cams Hall Estate (within walking distance from the bus and train stations. Free parking on site)
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30 (one 8AM start is required per week)
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Daily Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls from existing customers
Deal with customer queries and complaints, resolving them efficiently
Identify customer needs for additional products
Qualities we look for:
Has demonstrated an ability to meet and exceed targets in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proven track record of building strong client relationships
Computer literate, and competent using Microsoft excel, Office and Word
Has demonstrated an excellent telephone manner
