Payroll Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a Global Financial Services firm and growing team. The role will play a key part in the running the UK and international payrolls.
The Payroll Specialist responsibilities will include:
* End to end running of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll.
* Support the running of international outsourced payrolls.
* Support all payroll month and year end reporting activities.
* Administer company benefits and pension schemes.
* Ensure that all the relevant deadlines are met and that the payments are reconciled and made on time.
* Support various internal and external audits.
* Work closely with other internal teams including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR.
* Liaise with and manage external providers.
* Shared responsibility for maintaining the team mailbox and answering queries.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
1. UK In-house payroll experience essential. Ideally within a financial services environment.
2. International payroll experience essential (including French payroll).
3. Experience using ADP iHCM and Workday systems desirable.
