In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
* Manage Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP).
* Create and follow up on order acknowledgements.
* Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
* Handle returns administration and liaise with logistics, purchasing, and accounts teams.
* Support production scheduling and project delivery coordination.
* Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
