As a part-time Beauty Therapist/ Consultant working 2 days a week, you will be our Maison Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning client, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.
Main Accountabilities
1. Make smart business decisions based on brand and business ambition
2. Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
3. Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc
4. Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards are maintained at the point of sale
5. Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationship
6. Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times
7. Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems
8. Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client
9. Ensure exceptional service through encouraging the application of products either on counter or within the cabin
Qualifications:
10. Exceptional service mindset – you take pleasure and satisfaction in providing an outstanding service to your clients
11. Strong retail experience and a real passion for beauty and skincare
12. Affinity for luxury, always striving for excellence
13. Strong business acumen to drive sales and go beyond business objectives
14. Ability to connect and engage with our discerning client, transforming that connection into a personal relationship through excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and client centric customer service
15. Ability to build relationships throughout the store to find new opportunities
16. Ability to be a great team player as part of a high impact team, driven by diverse thoughts and opinions.
Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
17. NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy
18. Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
19. Client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience
20. Polished, approachable and friendly communication skills
21. Dedicated to achieveing / exceeding KPI's
