About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our Empty Homes Team covering the Crawley, Woking, Brighton and surrounding areas, on a full-time permanent basis.
To apply for this vacancy, you must live within 30 miles of either location to ensure we can get to our customers in a timely manner.

Essential Skills/ Experience:
1. Certificated qualifications and demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical works.
2. Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing, and maintaining up to v.
3. Ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
4. Ability to accurately interpret technical data & drawings and instructions.
5. Experience of working in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate organisational and time management skills.
7. Ability to make decisions and solve problems seeking any advice required.
8. Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
9. Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices.
10. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
11. Must hold a current full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
12. ECS/JiB – Graded Electrician
13. Other proven trade skills in addition to main trade.
14. Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wiring testing, installing and maintaining up to v.
Essential Qualifications:
15. City & Guilds parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 (or Equivalent).
16. 17th Edition BS Wiring Regulations.
Desirable Qualifications:
17. City & Guilds Inspection & Testing (or Equivalent).
18. 18th Edition BS Wiring Regulations.

Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £ is paid in your first month’s salary and £ is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by The Guinness Partnership.
