Job Duties:
1. Supervising students in the absence of a teacher
2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
3. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans in accordance with school policies
4. Assisting with the implementation of learning activities
5. Providing support to students with their learning
Required Qualifications:
A valid DBS certificate
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
8. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
9. Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching Assistant qualification
