Commercial Services Group (CSG) is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic HR Operations Manager to join our central People, Culture, and Communications (PCC) team. This key leadership role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, HR policy, HR Systems and process excellence.
As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our People Partner function, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects related to employee relations, HR compliance, policies, and processes. Reporting to the Associate Director of People, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive Group alignment on people-focused activities, championing initiatives that elevate the employee experience across CSG.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure HR Policy Compliance: Promote fair and consistent treatment of employees by maintaining and developing policies aligned with best practices and legal updates. Act as the expert and escalation point for employee relations issues.
2. Analyse Cases to Drive Improvement: Dive deep into employee relations cases to uncover underlying causes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
