Join Our Clients Team as an Office Administrator!
Where you'll play a vital role in supporting our fast-paced service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising meetings, managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining team calendars and documentation. You'll need strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Hours: 9am-5pm
40 minutes of unpaid lunch
Monday-Friday
Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour
To be successful in this role minute taking experience is vital!
Key Responsibilities:
️Coordinate external support for meetings and manage room bookings.
️Arrange appointments and travel for team members.
️Maintain team calendars and duty schedules.
️Handle case file documentation and liaise with other agencies.
️Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, screening calls and answering queries.
️Monitor data and deadlines, reminding team members of pending actions.
️Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining team statistics.
️Support new starters with inductions and assist with team development initiatives.
️Minute taking/writing notes on meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.️
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case file management systems.
Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organisational skills.
