The Retail Manager will have the support of the Centre Manager and onsite team, based at Craigieburn Central.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Building and driving Retailers & Stakeholder relationships, in alignment with the centre and company objectives;
2. Support strategic planning for the centre business plan;
3. Leadership and Management of the administrative function at the centre;
4. Create collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
5. Deliver monthly reports to clients on the performance of the Centre;
6. Work in collaboration with the Marketing department for required deliverables;
7. Support Arrears Management / Tenancy Schedule / Rent Reviews.
Experience / Skills required:
1. Minimum 3 years experience as an Admin / Retail Manager in retail property management;
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
3. Financial acumen and reporting experience;
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptable to processes and systems;
5. Ability to build value-add relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
