Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel and overnight stays, expenses paid, full driving license required

We’re working with a leading business in the manufacturing industry that is looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to join their team.
As an Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our company’s event planning and execution.
This standalone role within the marketing department requires a proactive, highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks seamlessly. You will manage the company’s event calendar, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure all events are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Manage and maintain the annual calendar of events.
6. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate events.
7. Organise and manage travel arrangements and accommodations.
8. Handle diary management for event-related activities.
9. Plan, book, organise, and manage both internal and external events.
10. Proactively seek out new events and opportunities that align with company goals.
11. Evaluate the success of events through feedback and data analysis.
12. Support the marketing team during quieter event periods.

13. Proven track record of organising successful events.
14. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
15. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
16. Confident in researching and negotiating with vendors.
17. Excellent internal communication skills.
18. Experience in managing diaries and travel arrangements.
19. Ability to proactively identify and pursue new event opportunities.
20. Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
