Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive management accounts.
* Perform cash book and bank reconciliations, including manual payments through banking software.
* Manage accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis comparing actual results with forecasts.
* Compile and submit head office reports on inventory, receivables, sales, and margins.
* Create a PDF management information pack, detailing schedules for sales, margins, inventory, and working capital.
* Reconcile balance sheets for trading entities and prepare them for submission to head office.
* Maintain monthly planning and working files.
* Oversee vehicle fleet operations, including fuel card management, invoice processing, insurance claims, and vehicle orders.
* Develop annual vehicle, profit and loss, and balance sheet plans for sales companies.
* Complete annual statutory accounts for group consolidation.
* Handle payroll processing and variance analysis.
* Support the monthly internal controls submission.
