Our client based in West Leeds is currently looking for an Administrator/Receptionist. They are a well-established family-owned company, and due to their successful growth, they now need to add to their team. The role will be split between Administration in the morning and Reception work front of house in the afternoon.
Administration will include:
1. Booking products onto the system
2. Producing invoices
3. Dealing with calls
4. Keying in orders
5. Filing
As Receptionist, your duties will include:
1. Answering all incoming calls
2. Taking messages
3. Transferring calls to the appropriate person
4. Meeting and greeting visitors
5. Announcing visitors
6. Signing in visitors
7. Providing refreshments
8. Scanning and filing
9. Franking and sending out of post
This is a permanent position. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Flexibility will be required to cover for the morning Receptionist's holidays.
