Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Old West Quay (Hartlepool) - Brewers Fayre
Contract: 12M Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £35,250 - £39,000

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of any new team members.
2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Drive high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring they understand their goals.
4. Maintain high standards and attention to detail in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
5. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team are knowledgeable and confident.
6. Manage labor and cost margins effectively while driving sales and revenue.
7. Champion change and implement innovative ideas with the team.
