As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Processing and reconciling invoices, expenses, and payments.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
3. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
4. Managing accounts payable and receivable.
5. Supporting the preparation of financial statements and reports.
6. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
7. Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
8. Providing general administrative support to the finance team.
The ideal Accounts Administrator will possess:
9. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role.
10. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
