Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in South Wiltshire on the recruitment of a full-time and permanent Recruitment Officer to join the team. This would be a great position for someone who has recruitment as part of their remit within a HR role, and is keen to specialise in it, or someone with prior internal/agency recruitment experience.
Our client is a fully office-based business, so would require you on site 5 days per week with plenty of free parking available. This role is a full time and permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Officer include but are not limited to:
* Writing job adverts and specifications, advertising them on all relevant websites, social media platforms and job boards.
* Supporting hiring managers across the recruitment cycle, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout.
* Managing projects on talent attraction, and ensuring the business are using the best tools in the market to promote their employee brand.
Your Profile:
1. Prior recruitment experience from an internal/agency position, or from a generalist HR position.
2. Strong proven experience of handling end to end recruitment processes and dealing with volume.
3. Ability to work on a ATS system to track progress of vacancies.
