An excellent school in Barnet is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have SEMH needs and extremely challenging behaviours. If you have a passion for helping young people overcome personal and academic challenges, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
Prior experience working with children in roles like sports coaching, youth groups, or the care sector is valuable. However, experience supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviours would be a strong advantage.
