Payroll Assistant - Part-time/ 20 hours per week- Basingstoke, Hampshire (On-site) - £23,000 - £25,000 (pro rata) + study & benefits
FryerMiles is partnering with a leading engineering business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to recruit a Part time (20hrs per week) Payroll Assistant as the organisation continues to experience strong growth. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a small team, you will be responsible for the end to end Payroll processing for the group.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage Fortnightly Subcontractors Payroll for two entities within the Group.
* Manage Daily timesheets.
* Liaise with Site for payroll information.
* Query any discrepancies.
* Process payslips.
* Strong attention to detail and precision.
* Manage external subcontractor payroll as required.
* Assist with new subcontractor onboarding by recording payroll profiles
* Ensure all documentation for new hires is compliant with quarterly full compliance completed.
* Drafting and issuing contractual notifications and correspondence.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations applying to HR administration.
* Work closely with Senior Finance Assistant and Finance Manager to assist with annual leave / sickness cover, where applicable.
* Adhoc duties as requested from the Finance Manager and Group Head of Finance.
