Their Winchester office is expanding, particularly in the data centre sector, which is known for its technically demanding and BIM-intensive projects. Role & Responsibilities
1. Take a leading role in the running and coordination of High-end retail projects
2. Work on drawing packages
3. Collaborate with the internal team and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
4. Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
5. Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
6. Opportunities for international travel for those interested.
Your Skills and Experience
7. Minimum of 5 years’ experience post qualification experience
8. Retail project experience is essential
9. Strong design skills and technical knowledge
10. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. (Revit test will occur at the Interview stage)
11. Confident verbal and written communication skills.
12. Excellent team working and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude
13. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
14. Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language skills are advantageous).
