*Senior Registered Nurse – Permanent Role*
_Salary: Up to £45,000_
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving service improvement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage all clinical activities within your designated area, ensuring patient safety and a high-quality patient experience.
* Lead, coordinate, and support the nursing team in delivering excellent care, taking charge of staff rotas, patient allocation, and forward planning.
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and other professionals to develop and grow the service.
* Take responsibility for clinical audits and service improvement projects.
* Manage and mentor nursing staff, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards, maintaining the highest level of clinical governance.
* Deputise for the Matron when necessary and take part in budget management.
*Requirements:*
* Registered Nurse with NMC.
* Proven experience in a similar environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience in clinical audits and service improvement initiatives.
* Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
