The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective running of our fantastic new London Office. In the heart of the City, our London Office is the base for around 350 employees, who focus on sales and a combination of commercial and support roles. This role is an onsite role 5 days per week. The Facilities Manager is a cultural ‘ambassador' who lives and promotes Softcat values every day. They always offer excellent customer service and create a great place to work or visit for employees and guests alike.
As an Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Oversight of FM-related operational activities working in partnership with third-party service providers and in-house teams to meet the business and occupancy needs
* A trusted manager and professional who develops strong and positive relationships with our employees and key business stakeholders
* Assist local departments and partners with delivering fantastic, engaging, employee focussed events. This will include collaboration with our Founders team, Sales and Marketing and Workplace peers
* Local office Project delivery including events, moves adds and changes (MAC) and minor refurbishment work
We'd love you to have
* Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM is desirable
* Accreditation with IOSH and/or NEBOSH is desirable
* Demonstrable proven experience in a Facilities Management capacity at Management level
* Expertise and Experience in Procurement and Tender Processes.
