Business Development Manager (North)
Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
* Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Acquire and maintain an in-depth product knowledge
* Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
* Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
* Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product/service improvements.

* Good local geographical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
