The Welding Engineer will be primarily responsible for pursuing the development and implementation of various welding techniques, spanning across manual, automated and mechanised processes to meet all product and business requirements across the manufacture of Primary Circuit and Core components.
They will influence the design and manufacture of key components that sit within the heart of the Submarines Pressurised Water Reactor system. Ensuring the selection of appropriate welding techniques, processes and procedures.
