What you’ll do: In this Head of eCommerce role, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, Your tasks involve creating and executing a strong eCommerce strategy, enhancing the customer experience, staying updated on cutting-edge technologies, and analysing performance data. It goes without saying that you are an online/digital expert however eCommerce success stories should also be in your skills DNA. Leading a dynamic eCommerce team, you'll be a strong hands-on leader, providing strategic management across various domains, from user experiences to SEO and analytics. Managing websites for customer acquisition through B2C, B2B, and reservation platforms, your flexibility will be crucial, in navigating diverse business requirements and fostering relationships at all levels within and outside the organisation. You will need to be able to bring teams together for successful results.
