Key Responsibilities
* Operate and load production assets, including CNC 3-axis, 4-axis machines, conveyor lines, hoists, and airlines.
* Provide engineering support for production changes, configurations, and setups.
* Conduct in-process visual inspections and attribute pass/fail gauging.
* Record and report shift performance in line with OEE data and timesheets.
* Perform daily Total Preventive Maintenance and Asset Care checks as per BMS requirements.
* Ensure compliance with route card discipline, HSE requirements, and report incidents to supervision.
* Train production employees in line with internal training programmes.
* Collaborate with support functions and shift leaders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
