409129 HCPE External Engagement Brand Manager - (10-12 Month Secondment/Fixed Term Contract)
Healthcare Professional Engagement (HCPE) through expert-led meetings is a key channel for the GSK vaccines team to support us in achieving our commercial strategy. As HCPE External Engagement Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the congress strategy, managing end-to-end planning and execution, and working closely with external agencies to deliver impactful events. You will act as the primary lead for planning, content development, and customer-centric execution of HCPE activities through a cross-functional team.

In this role you will
* Execute the national and local congress strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
* Deliver national webinars and HCP training events, and supporting delivery of local meetings led by the field-based sales team
* Leverage internal and external expertise (including external national experts) to develop highly engaging and educational content, in order to deliver industry leading events and drive primary care capabilities to execute adult vaccination programmes
* Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience through consideration of HCP journey from invitation through to post-event follow up. Identify insights from inside and outside of GSK and maintain a continuous improvement mindset to introduce new ways of working and technologies where appropriate
* Work with field-based teams and FLSMs to drive excellence in local HCPE execution, working closely with the aligned Capability Partner to implement targeted interventions which support local HCPE execution across face-to-face, hybrid and virtual events
* Be accountable for all event execution being in-line with the relevant governance frameworks (ABPI code, SOPs etc), and identifying areas of continuous improvement within those governance frameworks to support optimal customer experience
* Develop clear metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Experience working in commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry, especially within vaccines
* Experience delivering HCP meetings and events (virtual and F2F)
* Experience developing and executing high impact content and effective omni-channel customer journeys
* Demonstrated commercial acumen
* Familiarity with the ABPI code
* Ability to adapt and maintain skills in a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
