Euroresins is part of the Cathay Group. We are looking for a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Euroresins are one of the leading distributors of premium products to the Composite industry in the UK and Europe.
Sales Representative Responsibilities
1. To work as part of the Sales team, contacting customers by telephone and email, chasing Sales and offering product advice and recommendations to customers.
2. You will make both inbound and outbound sales.
3. You will liaise with the Operations team based in Wales, and the Technical team in Italy to ensure customers’ needs are met and expectations surpassed.
4. To provide customer service as well as Sales, as well as deal with discrepancy resolution.
5. Achieve / surpass set daily / weekly / monthly / annual Sales targets
6. Build and maintain a great working relationship with customers, facilitating sales growth
7. Sell a wide range of products to a known customer base, by telephone and email
8. Grow sales to a new customer base and dormant customers
9. Gain product knowledge and understanding in order to offer great customer service and win sales
10. Get to know your customers’ requirements and aim to increase sales by upselling, by analysing customer buying patterns and trends
11. Ensure Sales Orders are entered on to SAP accurately and efficiently as a Sales Representative
12. Be commercially aware and understand the business in order to be able to quote and offer alternative products
13. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and in a positive manner, whilst remaining commercially aware
14. Proactively contact a defined number of Active customers on a daily basis, making outbound calls offering promotional stock and deals
15. Proactively contact a defined number of Inactive customers aiming to win back business
16. Maintain a Sales Pipeline detailing sales leads that are Cold, Warm and Won
17. Report your Sales Pipeline to the wider group and MD
Requirments
After successful completion of your probation you will be be able to make uncapped commission on all sales you make.
As a Sales Representative this is a full time office role.
