Supervisor- Batleys Bradford
We now have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join the team at our Bradford branch:

Branch Information:
Using your experience and knowledge of the retail / wholesale sector you will support the management team to ensure that the branch is operating effectively and efficiently and to encourage additional customer sales.
Key responsibilities include:-
1. Responsible for the smooth, efficient, and accurate running of the checkouts
2. Actively encouraging and partaking in up selling of stock
3. Manage the rotas/breaks of the checkout team
4. Responsible for all stock leaving the branch and ensuring all trolleys are correct
5. Responsible for all customer service
6. Working as part of a team to ensure daily duties are completed
7. Updating the management team on the running of the department
We’re looking for someone with;
8. Previous supervisory experience
9. A good understanding of health, safety and retail compliance legislation
10. A genuine interest and desire to provide great customer service
11. The confidence to visit customers in order to increase sales and promote products
12. Good planning and prioritising skills
13. Initiative along with a willingness to learn and develop their skills
14. Drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment
