Our client is part of an international company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Revenue Manager to join their management team, based in Oxfordshire, therefore you need to be able to commute, nearby commutable counties would be, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire etc
The Property
* Hotel based (possibly 1 day a week home working)
* Non Branded property
* Managing 120 + bedrooms
* Great versatile meeting & event space both inside and outside
* Reporting directly to the General Manager with support from the Commercial Team

The Revenue Manager will
* Review hotel performance with the General Manager
* Manage a team of four, both Rooms and M&E reservations
* Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
* Implement standards of practice and processes when needed
* Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team
* Maximise all sales opportunity's
* Experience of Opera would be an advantage.
As Revenue Manager you will have
* Worked in a similar size property or a smaller property looking for that next step up
* Excellent commercial acumen, have rate management experience
* Great man management, leadership and communication skills
* Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
* Be accountable and resilient
* Agility to respond to different work situations
* Great support from the Commercial team
