You’ll be responsible for supporting an assigned Business Development Manager, assisting them generate new business opportunities, plus servicing administration needs.

Experience working in a DFM Business Development role (desirable but not essential).
What you’ll do as a Business Development Executive:
To support the BDM and drive sales by targeting new business opportunities to promote and create new business for our products, IBOSS Discretionary Fund Management Model Portfolio Service and Multi-Asset OEIC funds
Working closely with IBOSS Head of Strategic Planning and the BDM team.
You will proactively follow up on marketing campaigns, obtain fact-finding research from IFA Firms by phone and conduct outbound telephone calls to decision-makers to ensure campaigns have been delivered and received with the objective to moving the firms onto the next stage by booking a meeting in the diary for the BDM and assisting with any early stage questions the firms may have.
Regularly reviewing open lists following up on direct campaigns to new prospects and following up with key decision makers as discussed with BDMs
Actively record IFA Firm data obtained on IBOSS’s CRM system whilst continuing to update all prospect data that aligns to GDPR rules and regulations.
Support our Business Development Manager to send out further marketing material, organise team presentation decks with the other business development support or any on-going administrative tasks as required by the BDMs ensuring maximum engagement is always externally focused.
You will gain an understanding in the IBOSS Investment Philosophy to support the promotion of this to the IFA Marketplace during calls.
Attend regular webinars, events, meetings, and calls alongside the Business Development Manager to form key long-term partnerships.
Effectively discuss and agree on contact plans with the BDM for each prospect.
working closely with the Investment and Operations team.
