As a New Business Consultant - Custody Transitions, you will play a crucial role in managing new business implementations and acting as the primary point of contact for both external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients, consultants, investment managers, and sales group to establish transition guidelines and ensure a seamless process
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, providing information on our client's requirements for transition
Collaborate with the client servicing team to translate unique processing needs into procedures and documentation
Coordinate pre-implementation meetings to identify and address client needs
Create and maintain transition project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process, producing and presenting transition delivery plansRequirements:
